** (02) The neutral laws are as unique as infinity. They are Inalterable, and everlasting; as the True Nature of things. What one aspires to gather from such laws are the infrastructure or the pattern of things. The details of the blueprints can then be worked out. (All mind and matter have to conform to these laws; thus making an almighty just a figment.)

SOCIAL LAWS (Like Science Law) CAN LAST ONLY IF THEY ARISE FROM A BASIS OF THE NATURAL LAWS.

**(03) The laws of (even apparent) science have a true rational structure, and always change the moment any opposing knowledge is established. Social laws however, often have a religious background and tend to avoid any sort of change even when confronted with implacable evidence, such attitudes only increase the social embarrassment. But prudent leaders induce gradual changes, to avoid dismay of the ardent adherents. Pope John Paul II is doing this remarkably well, but he must soon rescind the celibacy order for the clergy and permit contraception for the laity. This will make the church stronger – not weaker. As unnecessary sacrifices will not have to be made by dedicated persons striving to discover the truth for no institution can evade, turn a blind eye to or gloss over what is the truth, indefinitely. It is far better to change – like science. God or a superior righteous power is a fact, and needs no dogma in support of it. (Actually, what the catholic hierarchy has been trying to do, by preventing contraception, is to increase the catholic population. Now, if the clergy were permitted to wed, they too would have to be bound by the same order – resulting in large families-with their problems. During the pope’s visit to the middle-east, in the new millennium, he had much pain that he was hardly able to smile. He could well be paying for his errors; and certainly not for those of his follower)

The main function of the higher beings is to try to organize this ‘FREE’ life purposefully – as guardians of the Natural Laws

*(02) Karmic Energy is, Simply, Mental Energy. For greater the mind strength of a being (Basic of Specific) the greater are its capabilities of constructing happiness. Hence Karmic or Happiness producing energy is mental energy.
